Columns tab delimited are: RV date and time local (MST), feedback date and time local, confidence score, right (1) / wrong (-1), RV solar wind speed, feedback solar wind speed.
To convert to UTC, add 6 hours for summer and 7 for winter. The times are local MST and have been adjusted to include DST.
There are some small discrepancies between the data file and the JP write up.  The data in the supplied file are correct: the trials are exported directly out of the original database.
The data in the file is consistently formatted except for the Feedback Time Local column, which contains date/times in three different formats and additionally sometimes a date and sequence number.
